Union rejects Boeing's 'best and final' offer to striking workers

Boeing says it has made its “best and final offer” to striking machinists with bigger raises and larger bonuses but the workers union says the proposal isn’t good enough and there won’t be a ratification vote before Boeing’s deadline at the end of the week. The company says the offer includes pay raises of 30% over four years. The union originally demanded 40% over three years.
