Tsotso Tlhapi sworn in as the new NW MEC for Arts, Culture, Sports: Dr. Levy Ndou

Tsotso Tlhapi has been sworn in as the new MEC for Arts, Culture, Sports and Recreation in the North West Province. She is replacing the former president of the ANC Youth League Collen Maine, who is to occupy the position of the deputy speaker of the provincial legislature. This follows the ANC NEC's instruction that the province drop one male MEC, and replace him with a female MEC. The provincial executive has ten MEC's. Six are now females, while four are males.
