Tshwane residents cry foul over bills

High municipal bills continue to be a nightmare for many Tshwane communities, especially unemployed youth and senior citizens in townships. Many residents have accused the Tshwane municipality of estimating their bills, instead of conducting proper meter readings. They have appealed to the incoming Tshwane Mayor to resolve this ongoing crisis. The Tshwane Council is expected to elect a new Mayor this coming Wednesday, after former Tshwane Mayor, Cilliers Brink was voted out in an ANC-tabled motion of no confidence.
