Law enforcement authorities in the Eastern Cape are urging the public to remain vigilant. This follows the recent kidnapping of Alize van der Merwe and another victim. The suspects arrested for the kidnapping of the two women are appearing in court today. eNCA's Ronald Masinda was there. #dstv403
