Tender Fraud | Malusi Booi granted bail

Former City of Cape Town Mayco member for Human Settlements, Malusi Booi, was granted bail of R250 000 in the Cape Town Magistrates Court on Tuesday afternoon. Booi and nine other accused face charges including money laundering, racketeering, fraud, and the Prevention of Organised Crime Act. The other accused were also granted bail.
