Service delivery deprives Nqanqarhu residents of their dignity

Residents of a village known as Top Blocks, outside Nqanqarhu in the Eastern Cape, say lack of service delivery is depriving them of a decent life. They say access to basic things like Identity Documents is a challenge. The residents, who stay in shacks, claim that their homes often catch fire and pose a great risk to them.
