Qumbu Shootings I Shooting of community policing forum members rife in E Cape

Three people of interest have been arrested - with hopes that they may shed light on the killing of 18 people at Ngobozana Village in Lusikisiki. The trio is expected to appear in court in the Eastern Cape today. They are actually arrested for other crimes with a possibility of additional charges linking them to the massacre.
