The bail application against pig farmer Zacharia Olivier and his workers- Rudolf de Wet and William Musora, has been postponed to the sixth of November for further investigations. The trio appeared at the Polokwane Regional Court for the first time. Their bail application has been returned back to the Mankweng magistrate's court. The matter could not proceed as the state has not yet finalized its appeal against a ruling to grant the defense for accused number one access to written statements.
