Phala Phala Farm Theft | Matter postponed to November for pre-trial hearing

The Modimolle Magistrate's Court in Limpopo has postponed the case against three accused in the Phala Phala farm theft. They are accused of stealing over US$580 000 from President Cyril Ramaphosa's Phala Phala Farm in February 2020. The case against siblings Floriana and Ndilinasho Joseph and Imanuella David has been postponed to November 26 for a pre-trial hearing.
