Aspiring artists and music producers of Itsoseng Recording Studio in Itsoseng, North West have raised concerns about lack of commitment from Department of Arts and Culture in the province to honour their promises. Beneficiaries say the department, which built a R5 million recording studio in 2017 for Ditsobotla based artists to utilize, made a commitment to sign a memorandum of understanding.
