Outgoing NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg reflects on his decade-long tenure as chief of the security organization, pinpointing Russia's invasion of Ukraine as "the most decisive and important challenge" that the alliance faced. Speaking on Bloomberg Television, Stoltenberg also comments on President Volodymyr Zelenskiy's efforts to secure US backing for a "victory plan" and says China mustn't be allowed to enable Russia's "war of aggression." Stoltenberg vacates the post on October 1 and will be replaced by former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte.
