Mpumalanga farmers, farm dwellers counting their losses after devastating fires

Farmers and farm dwellers are counting their losses after devastating fires in Mpumalanga's Highveld region. The fires, which started in the winter and are still burning, have gutted thousands of hectares of grazing land, properties, livestock and agricultural equipment. Farmers say the fires are intense and much worse than compared to previous fire seasons. Farmer associations are calling on government to assist affected farmers.
