More prison raids planned: Makgothi Thobakgale

National Correctional Services Commissioner, Makgothi Thobakgale, says more raids will be conducted because they are critical in combating crimes both inside and outside prison. He says most of the hideous crimes plaguing Gqeberha, such as murder, extortion and gangs, are driven by kingpins from prison. Thobakgale was part of a raid at St Albans prison in Gqeberha.
