MKP vs JSC | Nhlamulo Ndhlela on way forward

The Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg has dismissed the uMkhonto we Sizwe political party's bid to seek a declarator alternatively an interdict which would have halted the imminent Judicial Service Commission's October sitting. The implication of this judgment is that the JSC will continue with its interviews as scheduled on Monday, 7 October 2024. The MKP is reviewing the judgment.
