Mboro expected back in the Palm Ridge Magistrates' Court

Controversial Pastor Paseka "Mboro" Motsoeneng is expected back in in the Palm Ridge Magistrates' Court this morning. The NPA wants the magistrate in the case to recuse herself, saying she will not apply an impartial mind in adjudicating the matter. The state brought an application on Monday for Katlego Mokoena to recuse herself during the urgent bail application. This was Motsoeneng's second bail bid after it was initially denied. He is charged with kidnapping among other charges, after being filmed forcefully removing two pupils from a school in Katlehong.
