A family is demanding answers after a 32-year-old patient was strangled to death, allegedly by other patients in the Mahikeng Provincial Hospital's psychiatric observation ward in North West. Oneilwe Moss from Postmasburg in the Northern Cape, was admitted for a day and allegedly became involved in a scuffle with fellow patients.
