The Department of Employment and Labour is continuing its investigation into the employment and underpayment of undocumented workers in the country. This comes after last month's raids at various restaurants which were found to have contravened the National Minimum Wage Act. The department says 81 undocumented foreign nationals were arrested between the 17th and 20th of last month, during sting operations across the country.
