Israeli air strikes have hit multiple locations in southern Lebanon, sending people running for cover. The Lebanese health ministry says at least 50 people have been killed and more than 300 are injured. Earlier the military hacked radio broadcasts and sent threatening text messages, warning people to move away from buildings being used by Hezbollah.
