Europe Floods: Storm Boris Death Toll Rises With More Rain Forecast

The death toll from flooding in central Europe is climbing after Storm Boris brought torrential rain to the region. In the Czech Republic, rescuers used boats to transport people to safety as neighborhoods were flooded by the raging Opava River. The weather system is mixing cold air from the north with moisture drawn from the warm waters of the Mediterranean and the Black Sea, resulting in heavy downpours.
