Waters and death toll are on the rise here in Europe. Officials say at least 21 people have died in the flooding across central and eastern Europe. From northern Italy, a low pressure system has dumped record amounts of rain across Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Romania. The floods have also hit the Austrian capital Vienna, but the city is resisting them better than most. We take a look at the massive flood defense system built in the 1970s and 80s.
