Efforts to challenge gangsterism in Mangaung

About fifty concerned Caleb Motshabi residents in Mangaung, in the Free State, have grouped themselves to challenge gang members who reportedly terrorise their community. Everyday this group waits with whips, at different spots across the area to ensure they discipline unruly gang members who are still school learners.
