COSATU commends court ruling on Hlophe's JSC role

The ruling by the Western Cape High Court to temporarily bar MK Parliamentary leader Dr John Hlophe from serving on the Judicial Service Commission is an exercise of common sense. That's according to Cosatu's Parliamentary Coordinator, Matthew Parks. On Friday, the court granted an urgent interdict in favour of the Democratic Alliance to stop the designation of Hlophe to serve on the JSC.
