Tourism operators in the Northern Cape are poised to take full advantage of a newly-approved Astro Tourism strategy. The national government has approved the strategy that will see the night sky in the Northern Cape being exploited to draw tourists to the area. The Northern Cape says it has regained pre-pandemic tourism figures and hopes to build on that with unique offers.
