Africa: Tanzania arrests opposition leaders to thwart protest

NAIROBI, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Tanzanian police arrested two opposition leaders again on Monday, their party and police said, to stop anti-government protests in the commercial capital Dar es Salaam.
