AfD party set to perform strongly in Brandenburg state election | DW News

On Sunday, voters in the eastern German state of Brandenburg will go to the polls in a regional election. The far-right, anti-immigration Alternative for Germany -- or AfD -- is hoping for another strong showing. It's a tight race -- the AfD looks to be just ahead of the incumbent Social Democrats. Part of the reason for that is the party's popularity amongst younger voters. So what's driving that support?
