Scientists returning from Gough Island in the South Atlantic Ocean say oceanographic research is critical in understanding the impact of climate change on land. The Gough 69 Overwintering Team, which has spent the past 14 months on the island, arrived back in Cape Town aboard South Africa's polar research and supply vessel, the SA Agulhas II.
